Refunds will be made through exchange or store credit. A receipt/proof of purchase is required for a refund. No refunds will be given after 90 days.
Please know that we want our customers to be happy. If you order the wrong product and catch the mistake before we ship it, we will be glad to ship the actual item you want. During business hours, please contact us by phone for immediate assistance. if the item is not what you expected, as long as it is in new, sellable condition, you may return it to us for the full store credit. We cannot, however, refund the shipping charges. If you receive a book or product that is in some way defective, please contact us by email or phone as we will replace it.
